Return to the gates →Server rules.
Respect the people behind the characters. These rules apply to players, testers and staff alike.
One account per player
You may create, own or use only one Rappelz Forever account. Attempts to bypass this restriction through sandboxing, virtual machines, additional devices or other methods result in permanent bans of all involved accounts. We reserve the right to impose hardware-ID bans in confirmed circumvention cases.
Multiple accounts using the same IP address are sufficient grounds for permanent bans unless an exception has been approved in advance. Players sharing a household or internet connection must open a support ticket and obtain staff approval before playing. Each person must use their own single account.
Respect other players
Personal insults result in a 24-hour chat restriction. Repeated violations result in a 7-day account suspension; continued abuse results in a permanent ban. Verified threats, doxxing, racist abuse and targeted severe harassment result in a permanent ban.
No deliberate griefing
Repeatedly sabotaging groups through mob training, intentional boss resets or similar conduct is griefing. Penalties escalate from a 3-day suspension to 14 days, then a permanent ban. Permitted PvP and ordinary competition are not automatically griefing; context and evidence matter.
No cheating, exploits or scams
Confirmed cheating, item duplication, deliberate exploitation, unauthorized GM access, account theft, scams and staff impersonation result in permanent bans. Illegitimate gains will be removed. If you discover a bug, stop using it and report it privately.
No spam or Discord invitations
Spam results in warnings, then chat restrictions and suspensions for repeated violations. Posting a Discord invite anywhere in our Discord server results in an immediate permanent Discord ban.
Enforcement and appeals
Do not evade penalties. Moderation decisions must have a recorded reason and supporting evidence. You may appeal privately to the owner or an uninvolved staff member. Respectful criticism and factual appeals are allowed.
To enforce server rules, staff may review server-side connection information.
For the full rules and support, visit the rules channel on our Discord. If you lose account access, contact staff before creating a replacement.
Privacy information.
Creating an account
We use your email address to confirm account ownership and your username to create your game account. Passwords are transmitted over HTTPS and are not written to application logs. Account authentication uses the game server's existing password-hash format.
Verification and abuse prevention
Pending registrations and verification tokens expire and are removed. Verification links are single-use. Short-lived request limits use connection addresses to help prevent abuse. Game account information is retained while your account exists.
Service providers
Cloudflare provides DNS, web protection and client-download storage. Resend delivers account verification emails. These providers process the connection or delivery information needed to provide their services.
No advertising trackers
This website does not include advertising trackers or third-party analytics. Your browser may receive security cookies from Cloudflare where required for protection.
Questions and account requests
Contact staff privately through our Discord for account access, correction or deletion requests. Never post your password or verification link in a public channel.
